Feed your soul with cucina povera
The centuries’ old Tuscan cucina povera (‘peasant food’ or ‘poor kitchen’) culinary tradition celebrates simple food that bursts with flavour.
Focusing on quality, fresh, and locally-sourced ingredients, Tuscan cuisine is the original ‘farm to table’ tradition.

Historic elegance
Palazzo Circolo dei Forestieri (Foreigners’ Club), was built in 1923–24 as a social hub for the thriving town of Bagni di Lucca. A tranquil summer destination away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca, Pisa or Florence, Bagni di Lucca has long welcomed both Italians and foreigners enamoured with its cooler weather and thermal baths.
In 1979, the building was rejuvenated with the opening of the first restaurant in the location. Ever since, the restaurant has been a mainstay of the town. Though ownership has changed, the feeling of community has remained throughout.
